By accessing or using DocuTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DocuTools provides online document conversion tools including:

• PDF tools: Merge, Split, Compress, PDF to Word, PDF to Text, PDF to Excel, PDF to PowerPoint, PDF to Image
• Office tools: Excel to PDF, PowerPoint to PDF
• Image tools: Image to PDF, Compress Images, Image Converter (PNG/JPG/WebP)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that you have the legal right to upload and convert any documents you process through our service. You agree not to upload illegal, copyrighted without permission, or malicious content.

4. Usage Limits

Free users are limited to 5 conversions per day. Files are limited to 50MB. Premium users (coming soon) will have higher limits. We reserve the right to adjust these limits as needed.

5. File Retention

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers 24 hours after upload. We do not guarantee permanent storage of any files. You should download converted files promptly.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service to:

• Upload or distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automated scripts or bots

7. Limitation of Liability

DocuTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including loss of data, business interruption, or any other damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
